Yodler

Terms of Service

Yodler Terms of Service (summary) 1. Accounts. You register with a username and email and must keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. 2. Acceptable use. Do not use Yodler for unlawful activity, harassment, or abuse. The operator may apply metadata-based anti-abuse and rate limits. 3. Conversation modes. Standard-mode content is operator-readable (see the Privacy Policy); E2EE mode, when granted, is not. E2EE is a premium capability granted at the operator's discretion and is not guaranteed for every account. 4. Service. Yodler is provided "as is". Message retention is set by the operator and disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Encrypted backups are unrecoverable if you lose your passphrase/recovery key. 5. Termination. You may delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These summary terms accompany the full versioned document served by the backend.
